I have Firefox 1.3 and want to update to 2.0 but facing issues

I have Firefox OS device : Intex Cloud Fx.

It runs on 1.3 but I want latest updates. The phone settings has the option to check for updates but whenever I try to do that it just returns the error "There was a problem while checking for updates"

Isn't there any other way to update my phone. And how to access Recovery mode? Is it available on every Firefox Phone?

To update your device, you need to wait until Intex releases any updates. Update depends on OEM and 2.0 haven't released yet.

You can access recovery by turning off you phone and then press the power + volume up button to start it on recovery mode.
