I received a text message on my mobile phone. I opened it. It was a $1000 voucher by Woolworths company. I accidentally opened it.now I have difficulty getting into my online games. Tried every thing. Emailed alot of providers.I am still having the same problems. I downloaded firefox and tried my online game again Problem is still there.what can I do to go back to normal and protect my ip address. Please HELP ME

Kermex, I am sorry to hear that you think that the Ip address has been hacked. It has not. An Ip on a network can change every time you connect to the internet. It is the Mac address that is unique to your device. You can try to reset the password to the online games.

Please provide an example of what online game you use, it will help direct you to the support for that gaming platform. Also you can block these in the future by contacting your mobile phone provider as well as use Ad Block Plus for furture ads on your browser.
