On certain eBay pages, the horizontal scroll bar is missing, is this a known issue with FF29?

Only just noticed this, so "think" it's only happened since updating to FF29?

On certain websites, the horizontal scroll bar is missing when it's actually required to pan across pages that are too wide for whatever reason etc...

My OS is XP x86, I'm using a screen resolution of 1280x1024

I've tried the tips in the support forum, but nothing corrects things for me

Is this a known problem?

I see a horizontal scroll bar on that page.

There is a problem with an iframe (Seller's description of item;id="desc_ifr") on that page that has a width = 3450.
There is a scroll bar for me at the bottom of that iframe to scroll the content of the iframe horizontally, so you may have to scroll down a bit more to see this scroll bar.
There are some very long lines that aren't wrapping causing this issue, so that iframe is broken in as lot of ways.
