Firefox crashes
I cannot get into firefox and have tried all the options in the help section. I continue to get a crash report as soon as I try to load Firefos, even in safe mode. I have restarted my computer serveral times. Interenet explorer is still working.

These crashes are caused by a "Frankenstein-build". Please reinstall Firefox using the downloadable installer.
