Unable to print -only blank pages produced. Command window file opens and print selected, but print file is not produced. Only way to print now is to select text and copy onto notepad or word processing and then print.

Apparently upgrading browser to Firefox 3.6.24 has not helped. Thank you anyway.

(Since updating your Firefox version to 3.6.24 did not fix the problem, I "unmarked" the post by Swarnava since it was not the solution.)

Maybe the Fix printing problems in Firefox article will help. You can also try updating to Firefox 8, which you can download from www.mozilla.com

Have printing problem partially resolved, although I still am unable to select text from Web pages and copy them to Microsoft Works Word Program. To get around this snafu, I then copy select text onto note pad or word pad and then print. To store the same text in a Works Word Pad format, I must then copy from note pad to Microsoft Word and save. Very cumbersome.

I believe that the problem lies in some weird virus or other intrusion or perhaps the Microsoft Woks Program is corrupt.

Also, I think it could just be God trying to show me that modern innovation is created by imperfect human beings who like to drive each other crazy.
Occasionally, I like to download files for research and want to print them or include them into other files I am preparing.
