why cant I install MOZILLA though Im using administrator account in my laptop and if I chose current user then nothing will happen...?

I got a problem with my MOZILLA FIREFOX browser, it keeps on crashing lately (NOT RESPONDING) so i decided to try a new version 6.0 from the internet. After I download it, everytime I run it and after it extracts there's a RUN AS window. It ask for a password from an administrator user though I'm using the admin account of my laptop. and if I bullet the Current User, then nothing happens. somebody asked me to go to "my computer window" and choose "Uninstall or Change a Program" I found out that my MOZILLA is version: 6.0... so he suggest to uninstall it and install a new mozilla firefox 6.0 download but then I cant install a new MOZILLA anymore. so I hope u can help me Thank You.
