Fire Fox keeps crashing again
Hi Im Phil and I have been recently experiencing frequent crashes from the latest version of the desktop browser. My computer is Windows PC and my OS is currently Windows 11 2023. I want to report the crash I keep getting recently. This usually happens if I have more than 3 or 4 tabs open at once. I'll try browsing with fewer or less tabs and I'll let you know how it goes but in the meantime I would like Modzila to investigate this. Thanks!

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Hey there! I read your step by step instructions and had no idea this could help show any recent crashes! I'll keep in mind to do this next time it happens again but there something weird with my case when I look it only shows previous crashes from October to January 2023. I did not see the latest crash on the report page and this last happen on November 25 2023 (11/26/2023). Almost none of them have bp from the start of the ID only the one from 7/11/2023 did have a bp on the ID but not the others. the latest crash on that list was October last month should I submit all those reports to you? Thanks!

They may have been from some time ago, but may help us to see what is happening.

What version of Win11? If Pro, can you fire up Windows Sandbox and see if you have the same issues in the VM? https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/
What security software are you running?
Windows 11 2023. Im using Avast always up to date. Im not sure what pro is but if you mean Windows 10 professional Im afraid the answer is no as I never own Windows 10 when I was fully aware about MS removing ms paint. I return to Windows in 2022 after being a Mac user since 2014 when I found out MS finally put back ms paint on windows 11 in 2022. I never used windows 10 or the professional version so Im not sure why bringing that up when Im on Windows 11?
Unless Windows 10 Pro had a feature Windows 11 or the 2023 version didnt have to solve our issue? I really hope this is not a requirement for a next step and Im not switching to Windows 10 pro for that. I just want to report the issue and was least expecting you guys to inspect it yourselves.
Im just a PC and former Mac user, not a technician myself. I already submitted the crash reports and give out the IDs not sure what else you guys need to solve this. Hope you understand better now.
My issue was never solved and I wish for this case to close up already. I no longer feel safe or comfortable communicating with the moderator here after sending him those crash reports and not replying back to me! Very fishy staff member here. Im not coming back to this useless support page again.
