Hi

This website doesn't appear to have a certificate installed and thus needs to be accessed via http://. If Firefox switches to https:// for some reason (HTTP-Only,or extension) then the website doesn't load and you need to bypass this and proceed to the HTTP version like in the link you posted.

Can you disable HTTP Only mode via the drop down that opens if you click the padlock ?
