Openresty popped up, why?
When I went to open a website I visit numerous times daily (washingtonpost.com) I wasn't taken there but was "offered the chance" to open "openresty". Why? Is this safe?

Yes, I googled openresty and saw that also, however that does nothing to explain why it popped up and whether I should open it.
