Dev tools opens with different language

Do you possibly have the Spanish language pack installed if you check that in the extension manager (about:addons page) ?

You can find the location of a plugin on the about:plugins page and in the pluginreg.dat file in the Firefox profile folder.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
