Troubles with the button "edit and resend" in "network".

Hello, Firefox! I have some trouble with button "edit and resend" in "network". Windows 7, Firefox v 63.0.3 (64-bit). filter request is "xhr". If i choose any request in tab "network" then the window appears like on screenshot below. But when I'm trying to click on the button "edit and resend" ("Изменить и снова отправить" on my screen) this window disappears and nothing happens. The most strange thing - it worked when I just installed Firefox .Reinstalling firefox dosen't work. Please, help me!:)
