Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?
No error message. My contact list is in 1st name order (Firefox default) and I'd like to change it to surname aphabetical order. Is this possible?
Are you talking about your e-mail address book? You will have to contact support for your e-mail provider.

My email provider (AOL) had my listing in surname order but when I switched to Firefox it changed to first name order.
