Why does Firefox on Mac KEEP CRASHING?
Why does Firefox on Mac KEEP CRASHING? I have upgraded the OS, download fresh versions of Firefox, removed all addons - still crashes - WITHOUT WARNING.
Equally annoying is the fact that the search feature keeps resetting to Yahoo and not Google. I have fixed this 50 times and I still see the problem.
This is completely unproductive and as a web designer it is bloody annoying.
I am currently using version 62.0.
I have made Chrome my favorite browser and have now stopped using Firefox and replaced it with Safari.
Soon (within a day or next time it crashes), I'll be forced to completely stop using Firefox.

Did you uninstall all previous FF versions and deleted the Mozilla folder before reinstalling FF? And before doing this backup the bookmark if you have any saved so you can restore it back.
Yes, I have done all of the above - several times.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
