You can try restoring defaults in the overflow menu, by clicking menu button and choose customize, you will be directed to the overflow menu, then choose restore defaults and check again.

There was no 'restore defaults' closest was reload

Where are the back and forward buttons currently positioned? Can't you drag them to to desired position when you are in customize mode?

Dragging buttons was not in my training manual. Fixed. But I still don't know how they got to the other side of the screen. Thanks
