Why are my inbox emails going the wrong folders and not in the Inbox folder.
I have folders set up for various emails and now all inbox emails going to wrong folder and there are no emails in the inbox folder. I have researched on Mozilla and found only one answer, but I do not understand the fix. Can someone help me in layman's terms? Thanks in advance.

- Choose Troubleshooting Information
- Use the button Copy to clipboard to select all. Do not check box "Include account names"!

- Does Thunderbird work in TB Safe mode (see Thunderbird Safe Mode)?
- Do you use anti-virus and firewall software? What is the version?
