Please provide the Crash ID report numbers for those crashes so that we can get an idea what happening during those crashes.

Sometimes it is not always possible for a software crash. Firefox will stop working. Anyway, please developer help, thanks!

Where did you get those Crash Report ID's from? Submitted crash reports usually start with bp- and are hyperlinks, not just alpha/text strings.

Hopefully these are your Crash Reports - the alpha/numeric strings match. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/c633eae9-be53-4d38-befd-c27630180122 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/6237a3ae-e5c2-4885-84e9-c62ba0180122 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/2e61ddc0-1789-4a65-bacb-a651d0180122 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/ac62fa5e-75be-46b5-aae9-893860180122

Sorry, I have no ideas for solutions concerning [@ IPCError-browser | ShutDownKill ] type crashes. My slim knowledge says it's usually due to a faulty DLL file that was installed by an external program. If that is the case for your crashes, the solution lies with the developer of the application that installed that DLL file for Firefox to use.
