How do I restore folders which have disappeared?
In ghe left hand column where my folders should be displayed everything has now disappeared apart from the parent folder, titled with my email address and just one of its 'children' folders - the inbox. Everything else has gone, including my sent folder, drafts, deleted, junk and the folders which I have created. It may have been something I did by touching the screen by mistake (I'm using a tablet). The folders still exist as I can get at them in the normal way by accessing my broadband provider (Plusnet)'s webmail direct.

Hello, strange behavior. Can you still send and/or receive emails with this address?
Yes. And although the folders aren't listed the system knows where they are as, if I search, it brings up emails in, say, the Sent folder and says they're in the Sent folder - but doesn't say where it is!
Well, after trying all sorts I eventually went via the 3 bars top right to - Go : Folders : Recent - which only gave me one choice but it was one of those which had disappeared, so I clicked on it - and everything re-appeared!
Other places to check when this happens:
Check in the menu for View|Folders|All too.
And make sure the QuickFilter bar is all clear.

Yes, thanks. In my blundering around clicking on everything, I seem to have checked both of those, too. Makes no sense. But, of course, neither does switching it of f and then back on (I tried that, too...)
