Firefox 51.0 stops 'search with' pop-up from address bar working

Before 51.0 I had the address bar search with duckduck and the 'search with' pop-up as 'search with Google'. After 51.0 the 'search with' pop-up still shows as 'search with Google' but on clicking it searches with duckduck.

What would cause the 'search with' pop-up to show as as 'search with Google' but link to Duckduckgo on release51.0?

Before 51.0 I had the address bar search with duckduck and the 'search with' pop-up as 'search with Google'.
