Firefox crashes
Firefox and thunderbird are constantly crashing. I followed all of the refresh and repair ideas and I'm still having problems. I am running Windows 7 professional on a 64 bit machine.

Since the newest Adobe flash cam out, it seems to be causing issues for many users. Some have disabled flash. Others have replaced it with other software or re-installed the prior version.

Please follow these directions. But separate the reports; Firefox/Thunderbird.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

I sent all of the crash reports this morning. I also checked for updates to the graphic's driver - there aren't any. I also disabled the hardware acceleration. Not sure what to do about the flash plugin.
