I want to install firefox.When I click download I do not get the run window,I only get a save window and it can not down load from there.What do I do?
I would like to download firefox for my browser.When I hit download I do not get a window with run button.I only get a window asking if want to save firefox;when I want to save I get an error massage saying that it can not be saved. What do I have to do so I can get the window with the run button so I can download firefox?

It is normal, I think, for most browsers now to have you save an executable file like a program installer.
Could you try it this way...
Open the following page and scroll down to your preferred language:
https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
Right-click the link for the file you want to download, and choose Save Target As (or Save Link As, depending on your browser), and save it to a location you know you can access easily, such as your Documents folder or Desktop.
Does that work? If not, is there a more specific error message?
It did not work.I get a window that says "Firefox Setup 39_0_exe couldn't be downloaded" and three buttons retry, cancel,view downloads.
