Hi jonbeme, Thank you for your question. I understand after you reset Firefox, that Firefox will not open up on one of the accounts on this computer.

To test to see if the problem is the profile, use the Profile Manager to create a new profile. Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles If the problem goes away, you can then move your bookmarks and other important settings into the new profile.
