How do I keep the Bookmarks toolbar alway on show?

I've recently changed Firefox to show the Firefox button, but then I lost my Bookmarks toolbar which was continuous with the menu toolbar.

Clicking on an empty section of the tab strip does not produce the Toolbar options menu.

So what do I do now?

Is the Bookmarks Toolbar checked in Firefox > Options ?
