Why Firefox 4 doesn't restore tabs automaticaly on start like firefox 3  ? Also firefox 4 do not ask if i wan't save tabs. This functionnality is replaced by another feature or it's a regression ?

Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

You can set the warn prefs on the about:config page to true via the right-click context menu or toggle with a double left-click.
