The Mozilla VPN browser saves traffic usage (it doesn't update 50GB monthly)

Since March, I have 39/50GB possible traffic. It’s already May, and I don’t have any traffic update. What kind of issue could it be?

Note the "Mozilla VPN" refers to the standalone subscription based VPN app https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/

The built-in VPN in Firefox is separate from the Mozilla VPN app. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

If you are using the built-in VPN then the data limit should reset each month.

I noticed it updates monthly, but not on the first day of each month. Instead, it updates every 30 or 31 days from the date it was last used.

Not sure if it is indeed the case however for a period from June 9th until August 31 the data limit will be unlimited based on a Github ticket I saw about updating https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn article.
