I am unable to load my Facebook . have Googled the problem but am anable to perform most of their advice. I am running W11 and have emptied the cache but this didn't fix the problem. Please help !!

Now my second day unable to open Facebook via Firefox. I've tried all the suggestions but nothing works. Facebook works fine on MS Edge, so maybe time to ditch Firefox.

Users with Bitdefender security software installed may experience problems loading websites, particularly Facebook.com. We are working on a workaround, but as a temporary mitigation, disabling Bitdefender or turning off its traffic filtering features may resolve the issue.
