On my iPad with Firefox I can’t connect to Facebook, can connect to all other sites. Even if I enter the web address get same result, it says something went wrong. Have cleared all cache get same result. Tried safari browser and that connects fine so this is a Firefox problem. How can I save all tabs and favourites the reinstall or remove. Firefox version 143.2

Hi Peter,

It appears you’re using an outdated version of Firefox for iOS. Updating to the latest version (we're currently on version 144) may help resolve the issue.

Here’s how to update Firefox on iOS:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Search for Firefox.
  3. If an update is available, you’ll see an Update button. Tap it to install the latest version.

Kiki, I have updated Firefox as suggested but still have the same problem, it’s only the Facebook.com url that causes this problem. I would think it is cached somewhere how do I get rid of it, as when using safari it’s ok

Hi Peter,

In that case, removing site data for Facebook might help. Check out this help article to learn more about how to do that.
