Youtube video drop to like 15 FPS when played on monitor out of focus

So basically, video on Youtube plays fine, as long as its focused. When I focus to another window on my other monitor the video drop FPS to like 15 FPS range, which is turbo annoying. Any idea how to fix this crap?
