"Microphone is on" notification after having given the right to a given website, but still staying active even with tabs closed and Firefox closed

This is a permanent notification that can only be closed by restraining Firefox notifications
On click, it opens Firefox but not a tab with an access
By going back on the website with the previously granted access still ask if we wants to give access (so the access has been removed but not the notification)
