I use Thunderbird as my email client and BT/Microsoft are switching off POP3 next week, which means as far as I understand, that I won't be able to download my btconnect emails on to my computer. Is there anything I can do to ensure that I receive the emails, without having to log in to webmail? Thanks Sue Minns

You can set up an IMAP account for the same email address and continue using Thunderbird. And you can do it alongside the POP account to ensure continuity of mail.
