
Connection to server reset
Our Thunderbird email system updated to 78.4.0 last night however, in trying to receive or send emails we get the 'connection to server.... was reset' and nothing comes through. Everything was working fine before last night and the update. Given that we are fairly minimal in or computer knowledge please could you kindly advise on how we can resolve this problem. Logged on this morning and still cannot retrieve or send emails. We tried the solution above but it made no difference. There is a padlock sign on both of the email accounts - is this indicative of the problem? We are a small business and really need to get the email system working again after the update to 78.4.0 a couple of days ago. Please can you advise asap. Many thanks for your help.....Steve

Problem resolved. Host server was changed and now emails can be accessed.
