Hi,

Now I'm facing an issue with an outbound server when I try to send an email when my laptop is connected to the VPN. As I have noticed, this problem began to occur after the last Thunderbird update.

However, when I disconnect my VPN, it works. Unfortunately, this is not a solution to turn the VPN always off.

Could someone help with this issue?

Configure your VPN software to exclude Thunderbird from the tunneling.
