I use Firefox on 2 pc's. I am retiring the old one. I want to remove the saved passwords from the old one. If I delete all the Firefox saved passwords on the old machine, will it also remove them from the new pc I'm using. The pc's are not connected or synced. Thanks for your help

IF they are not connected, then changes on one should have no effect on the other.

If you are not completely confident, you can make a backup of your profile data on the PC you are not retiring. See: Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles.

Before deleting anything on your retiring PC, double-check that it is not connected to your Firefox Account. The little toolbar button or menu item for your Firefox Account (possibly with your user picture) should offer a sign-out or disconnect option. You might also check on the Options page, click Sync in the left column, to triple-check that Firefox is no longer connected to your Firefox Account.

Once you are sure that Firefox is no longer connected to your Firefox Account, you can delete whatever you like and the effects are purely local. And please do not re-connect that Firefox.

Thank You!! A little confused by the last paragraph regarding the Firefox Login. I'm rarely logged in to firefox itself. Just now so I could ask the question. I think I'll stick with the easy answer. Thanks agan.
