You can see yesterdays unless you didn't browse on that day

Sadly I cant. I specifically wanted to access a couple of URLs that I had visited the day before. I cant access anything from the current month but last month is fine. I have used Firefox on that PC quite a lot recently so I am surprised.

Is there somewhere I can look to see all the history firefox has without any pretty filtering? So when I say show me all history, I want to see All History and not have it divided into 'convenient' chunks by date

Hmm well I have to admit this is beginning to look like a possible pilot error. I use FF most of the time so I find it hard to believe I have not used it on this PC for the whole of March but I cannot prove it.

Today it worked fine and showed yesterday but nothing else in March so without evidence I'll have to mark it down asn one of those things!

Sorry to have wasted your time

Make sure you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
  • remove checkmark: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"
