Since updating to Quantum, the Windows Control Buttons (In the Upper Right Hand Corner---Minimize, Maximize, Close) are not working. They appear to be blocked out, and clicking on them does not bring any reaction. See attached screenshot. Does matter which website I'm on....get this on all websites. However, only Firefox gives this error. All other web browsers and all other programs work normally. Just started happening and immediately started happening, with the new upgrade.

Should add this is on Windows 10 Pro.
