Why does my browser say exlee instead of firefox?

I click on mozilla firefox and the browser comes up saying "exlee". It has pop ups telling me I need to secure my computer, when I have a security program that is up to date. A couple days ago about 7 different programs installed on the computer, including exlee, and I deleted them all. I even restarted and emptied the trash, but it still come up exlee instead of firefox. How can I resolve this issue?
