Hi, It would be great if you could see on an email thread not only what a person writes you but also the answers you have made.

I have K9-mail on Android. Since 1 or 2 weeks my shared inbox is sorted wrong. I have two accounts configured and in each a couple of e-mails each days. When I step into K9-mail the shared inbox shows some actual mails and then their is a gap in time and the next e-mails are from April. If I am looking into the inboxes of each account, it seems to be correct.

Is their a sorting bug in the shared inbox?

I do all my email on my computer but I do have Tbird on my cellphone too, just in case I have to send something. But I never download. So I was in a situation where a government process included 'check your email' and I had only my cellphone with me. So I started downloading: 25 more, 25 more, 25 more ... and a hundred presses latter it's still not finished. Is there some way to reset that? I'm back with my computer and my email seem fine, but the cellphone remains stuck.

I went out of the USA on May to Ecuador and Peru, and on the same day the Android version of Thunderbird stopped retrieving new email from the server. I have used Thunderbird pointed to the same server on Windows 11 and Android successfully for years. I thought it might be something to do with being out of the country, but now I'm back in the USA, and sync account on Android still does not retrieve new mail that has accumulated since May 4th. I've been following my email using a webmail access so I know there's lots of new mail. I've closed and reopened Thunderbird on the Android, and I've tried sync account with the webmail access closed. I have not yet tried Thunderbird on my windows 11 laptop because I'm still not home yet. Any suggestions welcomed, thank you for your help! I'm coming back to Thunderbird, from bluemail, and was wondering if you could add a feature they had. Essentially, you could tap on the profile icon in the inbox, and you'd get a screen with all the messages you had from that address. From there, you had a button at the bottom of the screen that would open a menu with options to: message, mark all read, and delete all. Theres a confirmation dialog after the delete all option is tapped.

Is this something you could add?

Something is wrong with Thunderbird. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Unable to get inbox emails. Infact no emails are coming. You can see the processing circle working but never completes action. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or the app is the problem. Using Samsung tablet. All apps updated. Please help.

I have Thunderbird on Android 15. I can not move an accidentaly deleted message back to the inbox.

In Thunderbird > settings > general settings > visualization > visible message management (approximate translation from other language) I have selected "move".

I suspect that this is an error.

When reading an email, the "Mark as unread" button at the top does not work. Instead, it closes the email as expected but does not change the status from "read" to "unread". This used to be functional before the most recent update.

I'm not sure where to go with feature requests, I didn't find that at all on my mobile... But, let me shoot, and you shoot me down if I wasted your time.

1. I would like to be able to archive directly from the Android notification. That's currently not an option.
2. I would love to have the time stamped directory option for archiving that we have on desktop. Right now on Android we can only go the to the "archive" directory.

So, what I really do now, as I read most of my e-mails on mobile, but do some specific processing on desktop, is mark it either as read or archive it on mobile. Then I go to desktop and archive it again...
