Log in pages won’t load on https://activelife.gladstonego.cloud/ (Gladstone go) websites using Firefox 154.0 (75837)

Looking at your screenshot, it looks like it could be a connection issue. Have you tried switching connection (data to wifi or vice versa) to see if it help?

Thank you, I should’ve included that the issue persists when connected to different networks (my home fibre, my mobile network, other public networks) and at all times. At the same time I can log in to other sites (including this one) on this device and browser instance. I can also log in to this Gladstone web app using Firefox on other devices on the same network. It seems to be some combination of Firefox browser on this device and the Gladstone web app. Any thoughts would be appreciated 😊

Hi Kiki, I just checked and Firefox on the other device is 155.0 (76235). Perhaps the issue is that the version on my phone won’t update to this?

I reinstalled Firefox on my phone with Firefox 155.0 (76235) and it still doesn’t work 🤔

Hmm, can you try to delete website data for Gladstone by going to Settings -> Data Management -> Website Data. When you find it, select the website name, and choose Clear Items.
