Hi

No, you should not need to. Once you have Firefox Sync set up in the background it will sync bookmarks and keep you logged into your Mozilla Account without you having to sign in.

I don't think you should have to sign in every session unless something is clearing your browser data or the app isn't keeping your login. It would be helpful to know if this started after a recent update or if it's been happening from the beginning.
