Yes, thank you so much for your reply to my issue of not being able to log into my YouTube Premium account on the Firefox browser. I am using an old Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.6 however I havn't had any problem logging in and playing the YouTube videos for the past year or two until Friday, June 18 when every time I try some kind of large white error window says something about unable to log in. However my Firefox browser still logs into other sites just fine. Just in case it means anything I had to do a screen share on Firefox just the day before with a technician for my brokerage account due to an issue with the website I was hoping to get sorted out. The technician assured me he was only going to make adjustments on the brokerage website however I can't help but to worry maybe something he did might have affected my Firefox browser since I was using that to log into the brokerage website. However I can still log into the brokerage site just fine on Firefox but I can't log into YouTube ever since that happened. Any ideas? Thank You

First, make sure to Update Firefox to the latest release (115.23.1).

If that does not solve the problem:

  1. Try clearing Firefox cache. Does the problem persist?
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try also clearing cookies and data for YouTube (warning: you will be logged out on YouTube). Does it help?
  3. If it does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?
