do you mean that the documents are not showing in the "downloads" menu?
It does not download onto my computer automatically. Sometimes it helps to hold the link to choose to download it, but most of the time it simply opens as a preview. Once it is downloaded and shows as such on Firefox, I cannot find it in my files.
