I have uninstalled Thunderbird, but I'm still being billed for it. Can you please stop my subscription?

Thunderbird is a free program you download from the official Thunderbird webpage. It is just a program that runs on your computer. It is not a server. So there is no bill for using Thunderbird email client program.
However, if you have applied to a company for an email address then it might be free or you may get charged for the email account.
Internet Service Providers who provide the internet to your home may also provide a free email address. Internet Service Providers will charge for providing the internet.
Some examples: You can buy what is known as a Domain Email Address. Where you register a domain, so you can create and use a personalised email address. Whether you go on to set up a webpage for hosting that domain is a separate issue. Email hosting packages are useful from a business point of view. There are loads of companys offering this.
'Hover' will charge for proving domain email address accounts.
'Gmail' is an example of a free account which is completely free to use. You can, of course, pay for premium features, like more inbox storage and that sort of thing.
To get a 'Comcast' email account you must subscribe to and pay for at least one of Comcast's other services: Internet, phone or cable service. They are an Internet Service Provider, so you pay for that internet service and get a free email address thrown in as part of the deal.
Those are just a few examples of the different types of 'email' accounts.
You need to work out what it is you are being billed for, but it is not Thunderbird.
If you used Thunderbird and installed an addon in order to connect to eg: Exchange accounts then you may be charged an annual nominal small fee for using the addon. But Thunderbird is not charging you for the addon. The author of the addon would make the charge. For example: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/owl-for-exchange/ It Allows you to use your Exchange and Office365 email account with Thunderbird using Outlook Web Access (OWA). This is a paid addon. See the website https://www.beonex.com/owl/ for prices. The first month is free, so that you can test it and see whether you like it.
Hope all this info helps you to work out who is billing you and what it is you are paying for.
