I am sending a newsletter. I inherited the job from the resigning secretary. I could not copy the list of recipients to use on my own outgoing mail. I also cannot change the header. I want to be able to do the preceding. How do I do this? Thanks for all help. Kim Meacham

If you have a received message that is addressed to several contacts, right-click, Edit As New Message, to make a new message that has the same recipients. Or, open the message source (Ctrl+U) and copy the recipients from the To: header, then paste into the To: line of a new message.

Which header can you not change?

Your instructions are not clear. I have tried what you wrote, as best I could, and nothing solves my problem. As to the header - Subject line.

Did you right-click the message in the Threads Pane (message list) and select Edit As New Message?

If you need to change the Subject of received mail, there is an add-on.
