Dear CSR:

My name is Preciosa and I had my android Mozilla browser since 2020 & never had issues until I unfortunately hit the Update button on my android app screen.

I winded up losing all of my bookmarks which I had for a while and the updated version is nothing like what I had which was better.

How can I retrieve my original Mozilla Firefox 2020 browser?

If we retrieve it (the browser) would i have to start from scratch in adding my bookmarks?
