blue spinning circle, can't read any of my E-Mails

There is a spinning blue circle pop -up in my E-Mails and I can't get rid of it. Every E-Mail I choose to go into that circle is there and the full E-Mail will not show. Please can you get rid of it for me. This is not the first time it has popped up but it won't go away this time. It has been there all day. Thank You!!
