Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, create a subfolder named chrome, and in chrome create a new file with a text editor, save as type: All files *.*, name it userChrome.css, copy this code into the css file:

In Options/General/Config. editor, double-click toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheet to true.
