When I copy user names, passwords or use the link to launch a site it seems that the "Last used" field does not update. However many logins have recent "last used" dates and that don't correspond when I last used the credentials. I have tried using both Web access and iOS application.

I would assume that the last used field gets updated when Firefox fill this login in the form on the web page, either via autocomplete or via "Fill Login" and "Fill Password". If you use the Lockwise page then this field may not be updated.
