Example, If I have 47 messages to retrieve, I click Get Messages and receive only 18, click again and receive 16, click again and receive the remaining. The batch is usually 15-20 messages per click. Installed on Windows 10. Any suggestions? Thank you Regards, Antonio

Do you have an anti virus product that scans mail? disable the mail scanner and see if suddenly you get them all. Some anti virus products are so slow that the connection times out before the download completes.
