Google removed the ability to access the Chrome bookmarks in Android 6. So it is not possible to directly import your bookmarks to Firefox for Android.

It should be possible to Sync your Chrome Android bookmarks to Chrome on a Windows, OS X or Linux computer. Then use Firefox on that computer to import the bookmarks from Chrome and then use Firefox Sync to get the bookmarks to Firefox for Android.
