Can't Left-Click/Drag to create event in Lightning Calendar

I used to be able to Left-click and drag to create an event for a long as I wanted. Suddenly that feature no longer works. When I left click it does nothing other that selecting that day. Seems that perhaps since update to 57.7.0.

This was a really handy feature since it created the meeting length with a swipe of the mouse (instead of click-click-click-click.. of the menu items.)

I couldn't find any other post with this issue. Though, by now, SOMEONE would have complained about this.

Any thoughts?
