On start up I get the page Thunderbird Mail with Email;Accounts and Advanced Features.How do I get back to starting with my inbox and also get the folders ?

Hello, Thunderbird e-mail has been working well until I may have double clicked some folders orlines in the side bar. Now on start up I get the page marked Thunderbird Mail showing E-mail; Accounts and Advanced features and it is difficult to get my Inbox and impossible to get up the messages in the folders. Are you able to help me .Many thanks, Johnboy.
